Requirements to Join our Provider Database:
- You must provide care in our service delivery area to be listed with Child Care Source.
- Providers in Kansas must be registered or licensed by the state of Kansas.
- Providers in Missouri must be licensed by the state or may be listed as Licensed
Exempt. Licensed exempt providers must call The Family ConservancySM
to receive a Licensed Exempt Enrollment Packet at 913-573-CARE or outside
the metro area at
1-800-755-0838.
Service Delivery Areas:
- Kansas Counties: Atchison, Brown, Doniphan, Franklin, Jefferson, Johnson, Leavenworth, Miami and Wyandotte
- Missouri Counties: Bates, Cass, Clay, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte, Ray and Saline
