Provider Information
The Family ConservancySM has a program called ASAP Care, which is an
emergency back-up child care program that is subsidized through participating
companies. The families which are a part of the program must pre-enroll through
their company or participating organization.
As requests come in to our office, The Family Conservancy, one of our Child Care Specialists will call
you to check on your availability. You would not save any slots in your program, but if you have a
vacancy/vacancies, you can choose to provide care for the child/children as requested. If the care is provided,
we will provide you with an invoice which will be returned to us. You will have your payment from us
within 7-10 working days.
The process is very easy to get started. Just call 913-573-2273 or 1-800-755-0838 and ask to speak with a
Child Care Specialist about enrolling in the program. You must be a state licensed provider.
