Employer Information
Your employees lead complex lives, with responsibilities and obligations in and out of the workplace. As
an employer, you want to create a work environment that allows your employees to balance work and personal life. You
want to provide programs and services for your employees who have child care needs and that
contribute to your business goals.
ASAP Care is an easy-to-use subsidy program. It provides employees with a backup system for child care needs that cannot
be anticipated. This system allows your employees to get to work and be productive on the job, knowing that their
children are being cared for. Once your business/organization is enrolled for this service, counselors are available to
take calls between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. CST every day of the year.
The Family ConservancySM contracts with a variety of providers and
community and private agencies. We work as a team to deliver the care your employees
need. ASAP Care providers are chosen based on their experience and training in
child care, and their knowledge of health and safety issues. Reference and licensing
checks are conducted on child care providers.
